A Brief History of the Boxmark Company: The Boxmark Company, which has
been around for more than 200 years, was founded in 1780 in Jennersdorf, Austria, to
produce sole leather. It got off to a good start, and in 1840 it started making upper
class vegetable shoes. It inaugurated a new split leather plant in Fieldbach in 1985, a
Public criticism from stakeholders: Due to the growing climate change catastrophe
and multiple agitations resulting from the global economic forums on climate change,
public criticism of stakeholders first surfaced in 1985. It was said that Boxmark's
stakeholders were extremely reticent to address the subject of climate change, despite
the fact that their companies lead the way in air and environmental pollution. The
leaders of other nations and corporations have expressed a desire to ameliorate the
global climate change situation. The critics were interested in how Boxmark, a major
producer of leather, and its stakeholders would approach the environmental problem

resolutely take action and upgrade the state of the manufacturing facilities. The city of
Fieldbach installed a biological sewage treatment facility in 1986. In 1990, the second
plant in Fildbach was finished in order to increase output under more environmentally
friendly circumstances (Boxmark, n.d). The Boxmark Leather Company was one of
the first to increase its output and adhere to green standards. It also capitalised on the
opportunity and developed its market abroad as a pioneering business in
homes, vehicles, and aircraft, etc. Its international market reach has increased to
include Mexico, China, Croatia, etc., in addition to Austria. The company type was

concurred to strengthen their social commitments. They changed the way they dealt
with the environment, partners, customers, and staff. Additional improvements were
made to the ethical standards in the areas of anti-corruption, fair competition, political
donations, human rights, privacy and trade secrets, prohibition of forced labour, and
conditions are favourable for employee growth, and occupational health and safety
duties are given first priority (Corporate goal). Labor-intensive human resource
development results in high-quality output. Plans for ongoing employee training
across departments become necessary. Concerns were raised about the quality of
seminars on topics such as the human rights matrix, climate change, accountability,
and communication. Boxmark made sure that workers received their salaries on time
and had the freedom to discuss their pay agreements with their employers. Other
small problems that affect social interactions were fixed. There is a social fund for
that promotes multicultural understanding among the staff, and arranged food services
(Boxmark, n.d).
The business makes sustainable leather that pleases the consumer by using animal
hide and skin as raw materials. It conducts sufficient research and development to
supply the market with goods like premium purses, seats for vehicles and aeroplanes,
green leathers, etc. that will support the client base. Boxmark operates under a green
recycled, and the byproducts are tissue remnants that are converted into animal fat and
alternative fuel. Through the use of biofilter plants and high-level biochemical
treatment of soil, noise, and air pollutants, all these operations are made possible. As a
