DECLARATION OF CONSENT

This DECLARATION OF CONSENT is given on day of 2016

I, CHOONG YUEN KEONG @ TONG YUEN KEONG (NRIC No. 590818-10-6331)

hereby refer to the Power of Attorney dated 20 th August 2015 registered in the High
Court of Malaya under Registration No. 65364/15 wherein through the said Power
Attorney I had appointed JESSIE YOW YOON KHOON (NRIC NO. 780115-14-
6246) as the holder of the Power of Attorney on my behalf with regard to a land
identified as Lot 2141, No. 83, Jalan Tasik Damai 7, Taman Tasik Damai (Lake
Fields Sungai Besi, Mukim Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.

In the said Power of Attorney, I had declared that prior to any Attorney exercising the
rights granted therein with regard to the property therein, a written consent ought to
be secured from me and through this document, I hereby pen my written consent
toward my Attorney exercising the Power of Attorney as my Attorney deem fit.
