OFFICE OF THE MAYOR Admin. Aide I  Assist in checking condition of water distribution pipelines, (presence of leak and
(Water System) damage)
 Assist in the monitoring of intake and reservoir water level/ gate valves/ flow meter
 Assist in preparing and maintaining records of meter readings, tests, and equipment
 Maintain cleanliness of intake and reservoir tank
MSWD Admin. Aide I Perform tasks assign in the office of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development
through:

 Provides clerical support to the MSWD Department.


 Assist in interviewing clients asking for financial aid to complete the necessary paperwork
to apply for assistance.
 Assist in the preparation of documents needed at the office assigned
 Ensure safe delivery of documents to specific office locations in a timely manner
 Perform added task as per instruction e.g. reproduction of papers, computer works, assist
in the preparation and during the conduct of any activities and other clerical jobs.

OFFICE OF THE MAYOR Admin. Aide I  Assists in the traffic management committee in supervising and monitoring the
(PSU) enforcement of traffic code
 Assists in setting up safe, compliant work zones that facilitate optimal traffic flow for
motorists, bicyclists, trucks and pedestrians.
 Control and coordinate flow of traffic flow by utilizing hand signals and traffic control
equipment to communicate with vehicle drivers
 Perform such other duties and functions as may be directed by the supervisor

OFFICE OF THE MAYOR/ Admin. Aide I  Provides clerical support to the DILG Department.
DILG  Receive, record, file and archive incoming reports, documents and correspondents
 Record, file and archive outgoing reports, documents and correspondence
 Assist the MLGOO in updating the Master List of Barangay and Municipal Elected and
appointed officials, barangay-based institutions and local special bodies
 Assist the MLGOO in preparing Annual, Semestral, Quarterly, Monthly and other Urgent
Reports
 Assist the MLGOO during the conduct of capacity-building activities facilitated by the
former

MSWD-KALAHI Admin. Aide I  Provides clerical support to the KALAHI Team


(MCEF)  Assist the KALAHI Team in providing training and capability building activities to the
community volunteers and selected community groups
 Assist the KALAHI Team in Defining/Clarifying the priority problems and alternative
solutions as basis for the decision making of the community
 Encoding of KALAHI Data
RHU/QUARANTINE FACILITY Contact Tracer  Conduct case interviews, profiling, and perform an initial public health risk assessment of
COVID-19 cases and identifies their close contact
 Collaborate with other government agencies and private sector for the conduct of
enhanced contact tracing
 Collect laboratory samples, as authorized and provide health education and give
instructions about what confirmed COVID-19 cases and their contact need to do,
according to established DOH protocols
 Refer the close contacts to isolation facilities, as necessary
 Received queries from the identified close general contacts, provide advice and take
action, as appropriate
 Conduct daily monitoring of close and general contacts for at least 14 days
 Contribute any necessary ongoing development of current protocols, guidance and
standard operating procedures
 Complying with all Health Department regulations, including those aimed at protecting
personal information.

MUN. HEALTH OFFICE Driver  Interacting with clients in professional conduct.
 Drive vehicle that carry ailing people and victims of accidents
 Carrier service for recovering patient from the hospital
 Carrier service for transport of medicine and other equipment of the health office
 Assigned as driver for shifting schedule (subject to change schedule as the needs arise)
 Maintaining vehicle by cleaning and checking the vehicle parts to assure safe
transportation of official, personnel, and guests.
 Updating monthly mileage records
 Providing accurate time records of the vehicle's coming and goings

OFFICE OF THE MAYOR / PNP Admin. Aide I/ Utility  Maintain facility in a sanitary and infection-free condition through washing, cleaning,
and replacement of equipment and furnishings
 Maintains lawn and landscaping in neat, orderly condition
 Ensuring that utility projects have been completed and signed off.
 Perform other functions that may be assigned by immediate supervisor

MUN. AGRI. OFFICE Admin. Aide I  Clean and maintain the office surroundings
(UTILITY)  Perform basic landscaping duties including tree trimming, weeding, grass cutting and
watering of plants as the need arises
 Clean and maintain stockroom/bodega
 Clean and maintain 4WD tractor, combine harvester and other equipments
 Conducting basic repairs on landscaping and maintenance equipment.
 Take notes of persons and vehicles entering and leaving the premises
 Inspects condition of buildings to detect needed repair
 Be on duty with shifting schedule to be assigned by the Municipal Agriculturist
(including weekends and holidays)

OFFICE OF THE MAYOR Driver/Security  Secure and protect from all other acts such as assault, harassment and threat against the
LGU employee lives
 Responsible in monitoring all persons such as employees, guests, visitors, suppliers and
contractors going in and out of the Municipal Building
 Assigned to maintain peace order and security within the Municipal premises

 Assist clients for applying of marriage license and segregation of the requirements

MENRO Driver I (TRUCK)  Driver and maintenance of the small truck (SKZ 890)
 Maintaining vehicle by cleaning and checking the vehicle parts

 Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.

MDRRMO Admin. Aide I  Interacting with clients in professional conduct.
 Perform basic first aid and basic life support to emergency patients such as:
Stopping bleeding using pressure and elevation
Keeping a fractured limb still and supported
Placing an unconscious casualty into the recovery position to maintain their airway
 Assists in monitoring the patients being transported by ambulance/rescue vehicle
 Be on call during and emergency or when the need arises
 Assigned as rescuer in shifting schedule
 Assists the LGU on research, rescue, and response during the onset of a calamity
 Perform such other duties and functions as may be directed by the MDRRM Officer
MUN. AGRI. OFFICE Vaccinator  Coordinate with Barangay Council regarding Anti-rabies vaccination schedule
 Information Dissemination with regard to the effect of rabies to human and responsible
pet ownership
 Maintain an appropriate inventory of all medical supplies used in pet vaccination
 Follow all common vaccinations and vaccination protocols
 Vaccination of dogs/cats in the 17 barangays of Pamplona Camarines Sur as scheduled

MUN. AGRI. OFFICE Security Aide I  Safeguard and protects buildings, properties, equipments, vehicles and similar items
against robbery, theft and pilferage, fire damage and other similar hazards
 Take notes of persons and vehicles entering and leaving the premises
 Assigned as security in shifting schedule
 Care and maintenance of rice farm

MUN. HEALTH OFFICE Admin. Aide I  Maintain a clean and safe workplace

MUN. AGRI. OFFICE Admin. Aide I/ (Butcher)  Slaughter animals
 Use Tools, such as bolo or knives and other equipments, to use for cutting, grinding and
preparing pre-packaged meats
 Sharpen knives or blades on cutting equipments
 Clean and sanitize workspaces and equipments
 Ensure that the heating medium are ready at all times
 Safeguard availability of clean water
 Stun animals prior to slaughtering
 Conducting quality assurance checks on meats and accurately tracking inventory and

 Shave or singe and defeather carcasses, and wash them in preparation for further
processing or packaging

 Assist in recommending/preparing revised municipal ordinance no. 001-2006

 Assist in Preparing Solid Waste Management Plan
 Assist in Developing, Preparing, Formulating localized IEC materials for solid waste
management campaign (power point presentations, printed and soft copies etc)
 Assist in Formulating strategies on the implementation of the Comprehensive Solid
Waste Management Plan
 Assist in Preparing activity proposals for IEC campaign (IEC Caravan) and livelihood
activities re: recycling and composting
 Assist in Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of Comprehensive and Solid
Waste Management Plan
 Assist in Conducting survey regarding the solid waste generations on household,
business/industrial areas and public utility vehicle
 Assist in Conducting training and seminars regarding Solid Waste Management
 Assist in Providing assistance on the establishment of people’s organizations in relation
to Solid Waste Management Program (e.g. Organization of junkshop owner and or
groups of people engaged in recycling business)

 Till the soil and unload shipments of packaged soil and other a\gardening products
 Analyze plants to figure out whatever they are nutrient deficient, infected with disease or
infested with pets
 Perform basic landscaping duties including tree trimming, weeding, pruning, grass cutting
and watering of plants to ensure the good condition of the nursery/green house as well as
making sure that the plants are healthy and vigorous

 Assist in data gathering of Philippine Rice Information system (PRISM) project
 Assist in the distribution of assorted vegetable seeds to walk-in clientele

MUN. AGRI. OFFICE Admin. Aide I  Facilitates tourism documentation including photography and video making for the
promotion f local tourism industry
 Facilitates and conducts geotagging of existing and potential tourism destination as well

MAYOR  Updating and office files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for other employees

OFFICE OF THE Backhoe Operator I  Operate a backhoe to excavate, load and transport materials in a variety of heavy

MAYOR’S OFFICE Cemetery Groundskeeper  Maintaining the grounds of the cemetery, including watering flowers and trees, cutting
grass, trimming shrubs, and mowing lawns

 Cleaning and repairing headstones and other grave markers to ensure that they are
readable and in good condition
