Minutes of the First Homeroom PTA Meeting

(March 25, 2022)

The first homeroom PTA meeting for S.Y 2021-2022 was held on March 25, 2022 at the
Kindergarten classroom. There were __ parents attended on the said meeting. It started at 9:10 in
the morning.
The first part of the meeting formally an opening prayer led by Mrs. Mishel Spirig the
class adviser. Followed by a recorded National anthem and the welcoming address of the class
adviser, Mrs. Spirig.
The first agendum of the meeting was the Homeroom PTA officials. The result of the
meeting was the election and recognition of the new set of homeroom PTA officials, namely:

The second part of the agendum is the card of students. Mrs. Spirig discussed and
explained the content of the card since it is different to the higher-grade level. The Beginning
(B), Developing (D), and Consistent (C). She also iterated that there will be no posting of card on
social media.
The third agendum with other matters. Mrs. Spirig also share her sentiment and
frustrations of what damages done to her classroom. Since her classroom was used as the shelter
for COVID patient. There are some other things that was lost and most of her things from the
washing area was damage. She asked for another set of stand fan and the updated amount will be
sent through the group chat for the final costing of the fan.
The meeting was adjourned at exactly 10:30 in the morning.
