In compliance of the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules 2021 published in

a Gazette Notification dated 28th December 2021, issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs Food &
Public Distribution, Department of Consumer Affairs, Govt. of India, the company has evolved
following:

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM

Customer / Direct Seller may make their Grievances in any of the stipulated modes via – through
Voice Calls / Written Intimation / Email / Walk-in / Online etc.

After receipt of the Grievance through any mode stated hereinabove, the same shall be entered into
the internal Grievance software known as “KAVYA”. Thereafter a unique track Id will be generated
against all the Grievances received thereof and intimation to the same shall be forwarded to the
person concerned at his / her registered Email Id and Mobile Number.

To speedy redress the grievances, new / existing customer(s) / Direct Seller(s) need to keep the
unique track Id sent through “KAVYA” with a view to take speedy follow-up against their Grievance.

At first instance, Grievance is handled by the executive of the customer care team of the company
within period of 7 working days and tries to resolve the said issue within this period. However, in
case the executives of the company are unable to resolve the said problem/grievance/complaint
within said period or up to the satisfaction of the complainant, the software namely “KAVYA”
escalates the issue to the specifically constituted the “Grievance Redressal Committee” which
comprising of following members:

The committee shall meet at the interval of 15 days regularly, (on 15th and 30th Calendar day of
every month) and all pending grievances will be disposed of by the committee in the said meetings.
However, if any of the grievances is not resolved within the said 15 days, the committee shall make
necessary endeavour to resolve the same in the next 15 days. The information of the same shall be
intimated to the grieving person.

officer undertakes for ensuring the compliance with the provision of the act and rules made
thereunder and also ensure compliance with any order, or requisition, made in accordance with the
provisions of any other law for the time being in force or the rules made thereunder.
