and today im here to talk about about types of company there exist.

i am here today to talk specially about the advantages and disadvantages about become
a company.

the purpose of this presentation is grive my personal opinion and expose my points of
views about this subject

my presentation is dividen intro 3 parts,

i will beggin with types of company that exist nowdays

the i will look at advantages and disadvantages of become a company

and last but not least a brief sumary

i would like to start givving you some background information about the types of
company there are.

at firs, there are trade solers, its one person who sets uo and runs de comprany

then, there are the partnership, a group of people who contribute giving some money to
set up the partnership, it can be 2 types:

limited liable and unlimited liable

and next, the limited company where the capital is divided intro shares, held by
shareholders. there are two types, private and public

now i will look at the advantages and disadvantages

about trade soler, they are fully liable about debts of society, even if this means sell
their personal assets

if you are in a unlimited partnership if tha same case, but in a limited partnership there
are some sleeping partners wh o have their personal assets on safe

and finally if you become a limited company or share to one, the shareholders have
limited liability but they can vote at the annual gerneral meeting to vote the board
directors.

in private you need to make an agreement with the other shareholders to sold o buy
something, but un public you dont need to do that, you have more freedom.
to sump up, in my opinion become a company is a good way to make money and have a
hig remuneration, even you can held a company and work on other jobs at the
beggining so you can have a salary and then some wages about the actions you have
held
