1.How is the question who am I answered in the song?

This song is about finding yourself through God and realizing how
important you are to him. The question “Who am I?” is answered in the
song by accepting that God loves us and that I am God's child who can
call on His name at any time, on any day, in any place. He sent His only
Son to die on the cross to free me from my sins out of His love for me.
He is the owner of my life, and I am the owner of my life. The fact that
we are sinners and our lives quickly fade away but yet the God of all
creation cares for about every detail of our lives and even though we
sin, He still loves and still picks us back up again to set us on the
right path.

2. What are some metaphors used in the song? Mention atleast 2 and explain each.
“I am a flower quickly fading, here today and gone tomorrow, A wave
tossed in the ocean, Vapor in the wind”. It serves as a reminder to us of
how brief and finite life is, and how little we are in the great scheme
of things. It reminds the listener of God's vastness, greatness, and
eternal nature. And this is reassuring because it reminds us that God, in
all of His beauty and splendor, cares for us even in our ups and downs.
“Not because of who I am, but because of what you’ve done, not because of
what I’ve done, But because of who you are”. This line gave us an
interpretation of how powerful He is; he will do his very best to help us
and motivate us to not be concerned about the problems we face on a daily
basis because He is always with us wherever we go and whenever we need
him. We are loved in the same way that a father loves his child, and we
are God's children.
