To provide our guest’s needs and to exceed their expectations. To continue a proper

connection with our local tour service providers, our staff, managers, hotel

owners, and etc. To appreciate our guests and to supply their needs and offer

them the best experience. To meet our customer’s demands in an efficient manner

and effective service. To deliver overall satisfaction to our travelers.

VISION STATEMENT
To grow with our beloved guests, to become the Philippine’s top tour operator that deliver

OBJECTIVES:

suitable for individuals seeking relaxing, comfortable and memorable

experiences in the hospitality and tourism industry.

PERSONNEL PLAN In Dawan Travel Agency, we cater different kinds of tour

packages that fit the chosen itinerary. These packages are supervised by our

managers, travel councilors, administrative and operations department and

marketing and sales department. Dawan travel agency makes sure that our

customers are satisfied with the services given to our customers thus we hire

employees that are:

· College graduate
· Excellent communication skills (fluent in
English; multilingualism is a plus)

· Excellent knowledge of computer reservation


systems and e-travelling

· Strong sales skills and commercial awareness


· Ability to interact, communicate and negotiable

TRAINING

Employers always give some on-the-job training on the computer system

used by several airlines.

Once hired, new agents will be under for up to one a year.
