1- Définir « patient » et expliquer quels sont les droits du patient imposés à
l’infirmier(e).
2- a- Définir « la communication » et préciser son importance dans le service de soin
infirmier.
b- Quelle est pratiquement, la plus importante méthode de
communication orale? Donner des exemples.
c- Quelles sont les plus importantes méthodes de communication écrite?
d- Mentionner clairement les informations essentielles à inscrire dans le
dossier du patient.
3- Définir «contrôle» et « évaluation ». Expliquer en détails leurs rôles en soin

4- What do we mean by informed consent before surgery? And what is its goal?
