Name: JOURDYLLENE PRINCE PATALITA_ Case No. 1

A. My Reflection on Case No. 1 .

After reading this case, I've come to the conclusion that in order to keep the
learning-teaching process running smoothly in the classroom, I should always
think about reinventing my approach to teaching. Innovation is also thrilling and
revolutionary. It expands upon or enhances something that already exists, which
might be a method, a plan of action, a tool, or a finished good. Reimagining
education now by enhancing and modifying various aspects of education to meet
the demands of tomorrow is the attached meaning when there is innovation in
education. As a soon-to-be teacher, this would be of immense use to me. In order
to develop teaching and learning processes and contribute to tackling local and
global concerns in order to create a better world for all, I will embrace innovation
as a future educator and work to promote new and evolving skills, concepts, and
approaches.

B. What my partner said about my reflection: by Bea Serano

I second the motion. To develop a good curriculum, I believe it takes time and a
lot of trial and error. As a teacher, one should know when a new idea is needed
and when an idea shouldn't be considered anymore. The world is changing and
so are the people, events, things, or regulations, given this, a teacher should learn
how to adapt so that the curriculum can cope up with the changes. I teacher
should learn how to innovate.
