Manifesting Mushrooms Crochet Pattern

Mushroom Sizes: Small (Large)

Completed Circumference: 3 (5)” wide x 3.5 (5.5)” tall

• Either Size - 1 skein each of 2 colors Premier Home Cotton or #4 Worsted Weight
Yarn
• Size H/8 (5.5mm) crochet hook
• Finishing needle
• Scissors
• Poly l
• 2 black safety eyes 8 (12) mm

Gauge: 4 sts per inch using sc in-the-round

Note: This project is worked entirely in-the-round. You will not turn your work to
begin the next round.

Small Mushroom
Color A - White, Color B - Turquoise or Yellow
Stem
Using Color A, chain 3 and join in round with a sl st or Magic loop
Round 1 Work 6 sc in starting loop.
Round 2 2 sc in each sc around - 12 sts.
Round 3 2 sc in each sc around - 24 sts.
Round 4 1 sc in each sc around - 24 sts.
Round 5 1 sc in each sc around - 24 sts.
Round 6 1 sc in each sc around - 24 sts.
Round 7 Decrease by working *1 sc in next sc, then sc2tog over next 2 sc. Repeat
from * around - 18 sts.
Round 8 1 sc in each sc around - 18 sts.
Round 9 Decrease by working *1 sc in next sc, then sc2tog over next 2 sc. Repeat
from * around - 12 sts.
Round 10 1 sc in each sc around - 12 sts.
Fasten off leaving a 12” yarn tail for sewing to Mushroom Top later.

Mushroom Underside
Using Color A, chain 3 and join in round with a sl st or Magic loop
Round 1 Work 6 sc in starting loop.
Round 2 2 sc in each sc around - 12 sts.
Round 3 2 sc in each sc around - 24 sts.
Round 4 1 sc in each sc around - 24 sts.
Round 5 *1 sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc. Repeat from * around - 36 sts.
Fasten off and weave in yarn ends.
Set this piece aside to join with Mushroom Top.

 Mushroom Top
Using Color B, chain 3 and join in round with a sl st or Magic loop
Round 1 Work 6 sc in starting loop.
Round 2 2 sc in each sc around - 12 sts.
Round 3 1 sc in each sc around - 12 sts.
Round 4 2 sc in each sc around - 24 sts.
Round 5 1 sc in each sc around - 24 sts.
Round 6 1 sc in each sc around - 24 sts.
Round 7 *1 sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc. Repeat from * around - 36 sts.
Round 8 1 sc in each sc around - 36 sts.
Round 9 1 sc in each sc around - 36 sts.
Round 10 1 sc in each sc around - 36 sts.
Round 11 1 sc in each sc around - 36 sts.
Final Round - Pick up the Mushroom Underside and work one round of sc through
both the last round of Top and Underside to join them together. When you are
approximately 6-8 sts from the end of the round, stop and stuff with poly l. Finish
working last 6-8 sts. Fasten off and weave in yarn ends.

Finishing
Attach safety eyes to the Stem and stuff with poly l. Center Mushroom Top over Stem
and sew together. Weave in yarn ends.

Large Mushroom
Color A - White, Color B - Red
Stem
Using Color A, chain 3 and join in round with a sl st or Magic loop

Round 1 Work 6 sc in starting loop.
Round 2 2 sc in each sc around - 12 sts.
Round 3 2 sc in each sc around - 24 sts.
Round 4 1 sc in each sc around - 24 sts.
Round 5 *1 sc in rst sc, 2 sc in next sc. Repeat from * around - 36 sc.
Round 6 1 sc in each sc around - 36 sts.
Round 7 1 sc in each sc around - 36 sts.
Round 8 1 sc in each sc around - 36 sts.
Round 9 Decrease by working *1 sc in next 4 sc, then sc2tog over next 2 sc.
Repeat from * around - 30 sts.

Set this piece aside to join with Mushroom Top.

Mushroom Dots - Make 5

Using Color A, chain 3 and join in round with a sl st or Magic loop
Round 1 Work 6 sc in starting loop.
Round 2 2 sc in each sc around - 12 sts.
Fasten off leaving a 10” tail for sewing to Mushroom Top.

Mushroom Top
Using Color B, chain 3 and join in round with a sl st or Magic loop
Round 1 Work 6 sc in starting loop.
Round 2 2 sc in each sc around - 12 sts.
Round 3 1 sc in each sc around - 12 sts.
Round 4 2 sc in each sc around - 24 sts.
Round 5 1 sc in each sc around - 24 sts.
Round 6 1 sc in each sc around - 24 sts.
Round 7 *1 sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc. Repeat from * around - 36 sts.
Round 8 1 sc in each sc around - 36 sts.
Round 9 1 sc in each sc around - 36 sts.

 Round 10 *1 sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc. Repeat from * around 48 sts.

Round 11 1 sc in each sc around - 48 sts.
Round 12 1 sc in each sc around - 48 sts.
Round 13 1 sc in each sc around - 48 sts.
Round 14 1 sc in each sc around - 48 sts.
Round 15 1 sc in each sc around - 48 sts.
Round 16 1 sc in each sc around - 48 sts.
Before working the Final Round, sew Mushroom Dots to Mushroom Top and weave in
the yarn ends. Now continue Final Round.

Final Round - Pick up the Mushroom Underside and work one round of sc through
both the last round of Top and Underside to join them together. When you are
approximately 6-8 sts from the end of the round, stop and stuff with poly l. Finish
working last 6-8 sts. Fasten off and weave in yarn ends.

Finishing
Attach safety eyes to the Stem and stuff with poly l. Center Mushroom Top over Stem
and sew together. Weave in yarn ends.
