What does it mean to be empowered? Giving someone power or authority is
referred to as empowerment. To put it in another way, those that have authority and control over their own life. What does it mean to empower women? What is the importance of women's empowerment? Simply, it refers to giving women power and allowing them to decide for themselves by breaking all social and familial barriers. “Increasing the power of women” is what it means. In a male - dominated society, women's empowerment improves the status and standard of women's life. Giving women the right to be empowered is empowering women. Women can engage equally in education, society, the economy, and politics. Women can participate in society because they have the freedom to choose their religion, language, work, and other interests. Women have the same access to higher education as males. They can continue their education at a high level, complete their classes, develop a skill, and study whatever they desire Women can also participate in politics because they have the right to vote and participate in various political activities. Women's empowerment could be a component of encouraging women to feel powerful by informing them that they can accomplish everything they set their minds to. Women can work outside the home and have the freedom to make their own decisions. Women are not reliant on men for their survival. They can support their families by working to the most effective of their skills. Some women are hesitant to figure in an exceedingly difficult environment or in a high-ranking position because they believe it is not a woman's duty. Now, women are obtaining high-level positions in the same way that males do. Some women are promoted to roles like president, leader, commune chief, and other high-ranking posts. And plenty of women are now politically, educationally, and economically active members of society. Hence, women's empowerment and achieving gender equality is essential for our society. An empowered woman goes on to empower others. So encourage the ladies around you, and make them feel special, strong, independent and self confident.
