Abstract
• Biomass stoves burn compressed wood or biomass pellets to
create a source of heat.
• Biomass stove, which is used for cooking for household, canteen,
hotels etc., In this work a cost effective bio mass stove were
designed in Autodesk inventor 2019.
• Then bill of materials were purchased based on the design
requirements. biomass stove will be fabricated from selection of
refractory material, refractory pit tightly firm with frame.
• Finally, blower unit were attached on the bottom of the stove to
perform burning operation effectively.

Introduction
❖Biomass cookstove design has been an active field for decades and has
resulted in much progress towards cleaner and more efficient cook stove.
❖Design features that improve performance can come with higher costs
or required specific cooking practices.
❖Assumption that cook stoves with higher performance must require
higher costs,From considering new designs.

CONCLUSION

• In this work the Biomass stove designed based on requirement.

• The model was designed on Autodesk inventor 2019 software. After designing of biomass stove
bill of material were prepared and the material procurement were done.

• The project work starts from the fabrication of marking and performing the pockets. Then wire
mesh is placed inside of the chamber.

• Then cement abrasive slurry poured into the container stage by stage. Finally, burner were
fabricated and placed top the bio stove the finished by painting process.

• These sequence fabrication processes were done and assembled.

FUTURE SCOPE

• Future scope of this project work were controller for blower will be added for controlling air
blowing to the burner. Experimental work will be calculated such as efficiency of bio mass stove,
Thermal conductivity analysis.
