Sub:- Prayer for NOC for posting of Sita Debi Kumhar, Junior Asstt. In BTC area i.e. in any
offices of the Executive Engineer, P.W.D.(Building) Division, Kokrajhar on transfer
from Non-BTC area for my rescue on special consideration being an inhabitant and
born & brought up in BTC. Area.

Respected Sir,
Most respectfully I beg to state the following few lines for favour of your kind
information and sympathetic consideration:

That Sir, I have been serving as Junior Asstt. in the office of the Executive Engineer,
P.W.D.(Building) Division, Dhubri in Dhubri District since the date of my joining, I have got
this job on compassionate ground due to death of my husband Parash Kumhar (Ex. Junior
Asstt. office of the Executive Engineer, P.W.D.(Building) Division, Dhubri) who was killed by
unknown miscreant and his deadbody was recovered on 12-08-2012 in drowning condition
in the water of Gadadhar river at Modergola, Dhubri in the District of Dhubri (Assam) and
his both hands were tied with rope from backside.

That Sir, after struggling with much financial hardship I got this job which is a
blessing for me and it also provide the satisfaction of service as Junior Asstt. to me besides a
financial security to my family consisting of myself and my two sons, among them my eldest
son Ajoy Kumhar was also killed by unknown miscreant in filmy style on 23-02-2021 and his
deadbody was recovered from roadside of Monipur under Bagribari P.S. in the District of
Kokrajhar, BTC, Assam.
That Sir, now I along with my only surviving son Rahul Kumhar are living at Gauripur
in the District of Dhubri (Assam) in extreme apprehension of loss of our life in the hand of
the unknown miscreants who have killed my husband and son. The life of me and my only
surviving son Rahul Kumhar is not safe in Dhubri District as because Police of Dhubri District
has failed to identify and detain the culprits who have killed my husband and son.

That Sir, now for the sake of safety of myself and my family I have finally decided to
shift from Dhubri District to my native place Village: Salakati in Kokrajhar District very soon.
After shifting to Kokrajhar District it will be extremely difficult for me to attend my duty at
Dhubri.

That Sir, I came to know from reliable source that a post of Junior Asstt. is lying
vacant
under the establishment of the Executive Engineer, P.W.D.(Building) Division, Kokrajhar and
the said office is located nearer to my said native place. I have applied before the concerned
authority for my transfer from my present place of posting (Dhubri) to any offices of the
Executive Engineer, P.W.D.(Building) Division, Kokrajhar in BTC area and the process of my
transfer is going on, for which NOC from your end is needed.

I therefore pray before you kindly to consider the above facts & circumstance and
issue NOC for my posting in any offices of the Executive Engineer, P,W.D.(Building) Division,
Kokrajhar in BTC area on transfer from my present place of posting (Dhubri) for my rescue
from the mouth of certain death and thus oblige.
