Reservation

Confirmation on "first come first serve" basis.

Application for advance reservation should reach us at least 10 days in advance.
Accommodation w ill be kept reserved for the period for w hich the advance is deposited or till the cancellation request is received.
Failing this the reservation will be treated as cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.
Booking for Reception Party / Marriage Buffet, Transport & Boating the minimum booking amount shall be 20% of the estimated
value.

Cancellation

Cancellation of booking and refund of advance deposits, if any shall be finalized w ith the reservation authority to w hom advance is
made.
When information is received by the concerned Manager of Panthanivas, before the scheduled date of arrival for w hich the
reservation is made, the refund w ill be made as follow s :
Before 7 days from the date of reservation 75 % of the total booking amount w ill be refunded
Within 7 days but before 1 day from the date of reservation 50 % of the total booking amount w ill be refunded.
Less than 1 day from the date of reservation the total booking amount w ill be forfeited.
Note : In exceptional circumstances such as natural calamities and unavoidable personal reasons acceptable to the Managing
Director, OTDC Ltd. the amount of advance in full or in part can be allowed.

General terms & conditions

 Early Check In & Late Check Out on payment Basis :-

Early Check In & late Check Out shall be allowed to guest on request subject to availability of rooms on payment basis. For the 1st
hour there will be no charge & beyond one hour for early Check In & late Check Out, the charges shall be Rs.250/- plus taxes for
each additional hour. In no case this additional charges shall exceed the actual rent of that particular room.
Charges for Extra Person :-

The present tariff i.e. charges for extra bed shall be abolished with immediate effect. For additional person (Above 5 years)
accommodated in same room shall be charged @ Rs.500/-. The guest shall be entitled for extra bed on demand and complimentary
breakfast.
All the persons are requested to produce photo ID proof (PAN card, Voter ID card, Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card, Passport or any
other photo ID proof issued by Central or State Govts.) at the time of check in.
Senior citizens, Students, Physically Handicapped Persons, Gold Card holders are entitled to bring same ID proof which you have
given at the time of booking for varification at the counter of the concerned Panthanivas hotel.
Visitors are liable to abide by the rules of the Management of Odisha Tourism Development Corporation Ltd.
When one decides to vacate the accommodation earlier, no refund is permissible for the remaining days of non-occupation from the
entire confirmed paid and period of reservation.
Disputes and / or difference of opinion regarding the application / interpretation of these and / or other rules, in vogue, in hotel will
be referred to the sole arbitration of the Managing Director of the Corporation and his decision will be final and binding.
In case of litigation only Bhubanesw ar courts will have the jurisdiction.

Disclaimer: OTDC reserves the right of canceling reservation at anytime without

assigining any reason thereof.
