NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub -section (4 ) of Section 22 -A of

Registration Act , 1908 (Act XVI of 1908 ), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby

de -notify the following lands of Veerepalli Village of Ulavapadu Mandal , SPSR Nellore

District (Subject land was in erstwhile Prakasam District ) from the list of prohibited

properties notified under Section 22 -A (1)(e ) of Registration Act , 1908 vide G.O.Ms.No. 198 ,

Revenue (Assignment -I) Department , Dated :05-05-2016 .
