JOINT AFFIDAVIT

We, ESTELA L. SOLERO, of legal age, Filipino married, and AGUSTO L. SONEJA, of legal
age, Filipino, married, both residents of Comagaycay, San Andres, Catanduanes after having
sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. We are longtime residents of Comagaycay, San Andres, Catanduanes, and we lived

there continuously since birth and up to the presents;
2. We personally know that the late ASUNCION BALOLOY SOLLA, married to
BERNARDO ROMERO SOLLA, who was then residing since 1954 at Purok 4 San
Antonio St., Comagaycay, San Andres, Catanduanes during her lifetime is the true
owner of their residential land designated as Lot No. 2662 with a Tax Declaration No.
2019-08-0015-00259, Property Identification No.: 027-08-0015-007-20;
3. Said ASUNCION BALOLOY SOLLA and CORAZON BALOLOY SOLLA is known to be
one and the same person;
4. That we know based on our personal knowledge that ASUNCION BALOLOY SOLLA
and BERNARDO ROMERO SOLLA have five (5) siblings namely; SONIA S. ARCEGA,
IVY S. BARATA, DAISY S. COSTIBOLO, RAMIL B. SOLLA and VENUS B. SOLLA;
5. We can attest to the truth and to the best of our knowledge that the ASUNCION
BALOLOY SOLLA and CORAZON BALOLOY SOLLA is known to be one and the same
person and her real name is ASUNCION BALOLOY SOLLA;
6. We know such facts since we are longtime residents and land owners at Comagaycay,
San Andres, Catanduanes;
7. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
