specifications mentioned in our offer and does not have any relation with total weight of
the crane which is approx, and is given for the purpose of the designing of girder Etc.

COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1.Price Price quoted in price schedule is for deliver Ex-works
GHAZIABAD.

2.Delivery 35 to 40 days after P.O as per your requirement.

3.Sales Tax Extra as applicable at the time of supply at present @ 18% GST
and Nil against Export.

4.Payment 50% Advance along with order, and balance against dispatch clearance.

5.Insurance Transit insurance to be arranged by you.

6.Validity Our Offer remains valid for a period of 30 days and subject to our
confirmation
