1. Manage Device: Interface b/w hardware and software. It controls parameter;
which helps to serve in better manner. In below snapshot; all number shows task/action
as per below.
Manage Device: Key Point

 1 – click to open manage device


 2 – Set your country
 3 – Set Baud Rate to make connection b/w hardware and SVCSM
 4 - Click to SCAN all available com port
 5 – Click to disconnect all connected com port
 6 – Click to save changes and get details for all ports without disconnecting port
 7 – Click to upload ISMI number corresponding mobile number
 8 - Enter limit for SMS limit
 9 - Enter Rotation limit
 10 – Click to refresh port connectivity
 11 – Enter mobile number
 12 – Click to enable/disable port to use in action
2. Upload Contacts: Helps to browse CSV file and upload to SVCSM to use for further
activity. File format : mobile,var1,var2,var3,var4. That uploaded file we can use to
send bulk SMS or make voice call.
 1 – Click to open upload contact
 2 – Click to browse CSV file
 3- Click to upload
 4 – Click to manage contact; where user can delete uploaded contacts
3. Call & SMS Inbox
 1 – Click to open Inbox for SMS and Call
 2 – Click to Set SMS trimming setting
 3 – Click to set colon separated email list to get instant SMS over mail
 4 – Call forwarding management page
 5- Click to view incoming call list
 6- Click to load incoming SMS
4. Compose > Manual
 1 – Click to open Compose page
 2 – Select manual option
 3 – Select dynamic value using var option
 4 – Click to forward details to Outbox panel
 5 – Click to Add new number to existing list
4. Compose > Contact
 1 – Click to open Compose
 2 – Select Get Contact list option
 3 – Select dynamic value option using VAR info
 4 – Click to send compose details to Outbox panel
 5 – Click to add list of mobile number to existing Outbox panel
5. SMS Outbox – Ready to send : Outbox is ready to send SMS.

5. SMS Outbox – Sent : This panel contains information to send SMS task. User can choose SMS
type Text or flash. Below are activity description of attached snapshot.
SMS Outbox – Sent : Key Points

 1 – Click to open SMS Outbox


 2 – Click to start Sending SMS
 3 – Click to Save details into CSV
 4 – Click to stop task
 5 – Click to delete selected item / entry from outbox panel
 6 – Click to delete all details from outbox panel
 7 – Option to send SMS with Text or Flash option
 8 – Gives ongoing status of sending SMS task. Sent SMS from total SMS
 9 – Shows SMS send activity information like port name, status, time, response etc
 10 – Status of SMS by com port. Total attempts, Sent, Failed
6. SMS Sent Status : Gives SMS report with Send, Failed and All filter
option.
 1 – Click to open SMS Sent Status
 2 – Select filter option (Sent/Failed/All)
 3 – Click to get report
7. SMS Sent Pre Report : This option gives historical SMS report.
 1 – Click to open SMS Sent Pre Report
 2 – Select date wise list and Click to Get Report
 3 – Click to delete that file from SVCSM
8. Voice Call
 1 – Click to open Voice Call panel
 2 – Click to Pick audio; browse audio and assign to required com port
 3 – Click to view loaded audio; user can delete as well
 4 – Click to start voice call task
 5 – Click to stop voice call task
 6 – Click to export result in CSV
9. Voice Call Status
 1 – Click to open Voice Call Status panel
 2 – Select report type (Voice Report or Scheduler Report)
 3 – Select date
 4 – Select file
 5 – Get Report

10. Scheduler – Text SMS
 1 – Click to open Scheduler
 2 – Select number type option (manual or uploaded contact)
 3 – Select Message type as Text
 4 – Select message frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly option)
 5 – Click on Submit to add scheduler task into task list

 1 – Click to open Scheduler
 2 – Select number type option (manual or uploaded contact)
 3 – Select Message type as Audio
 4 – Select message frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly option)
 5 – Click on Submit to add scheduler task into task list

10. Scheduler – Automated voice call
 1 – Click to open Scheduler
 2 – Select number type option (manual or uploaded contact)
 3 – Select Message type as New Audio
 4 – Select message frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly option)
 5 – Click on Submit to add scheduler task into task list
