This is a cat. It belongs to the


classification of the mammals. It practises internal fertilisation. It is a warm-blooded animal or homoiothermic animal. It has furs on its body. It is also a viviparous animal (gives birth to its young). It uses its lungs to breathe. It is also classified to the vertebrate family as it has a back bone.

This is a northern spotted owl. It


belongs to the bird family. It belongs to the Poikilothermic animal group (cold-blooded). Its body is covered by feathers. They practise internal fertilization. They give birth to their young. They breathe through a pair of lungs. It belongs to the family of vertebrates.

This is a red tailed hawk.

This is a snowy owl.

This is a gaboon viper. It belongs to the


family of reptiles. It lives on land. It is a cold blooded animal which can change its body temperature according to the surrounding temperature. It has scales on its body. It practises internal fertilisation which the sperm and the egg cell are united in the body of the female. It breathes through its lungs. Its young are hatched from eggs protected by hard shell. This is a ribbon snake.

This is a frog. It belongs to the


amphibian family which are cold blooded animals. It has a moist skin covering its body. It uses its gills at the tadpole stage and uses its lungs and moist skin during its adult stage to breathe. Its young are hatched from eggs covered with sticky slime. Some from the frog family has poison. They were vertebrates.

These are forest tree frogs.

This is a fish and it belongs to the


fish family. It is a cold blooded animal. It uses its gills to breathe. It possess fins to swim and for balancing its body. It has scales on its body. They give birth to their young by laying eggs. It belongs to the vertebrates group.
