waterfall. The unique location of Caledon Mountain Events
makes it the perfect location for your event. Situated at the
top of Caledon Mountain, your event will overlook 100 acres
of forest and rolling hills, with views all the way to downtown
Toronto.

At Caledon Mountain events, we want to ensure your wedding

planning is simple and easy. With our team of curated vendors,
and our included amenties, we will ensure that your day is
everything that you have imagined. Our flat fee model includes
the following amenities on your wedding day:

• Exclusive use of the property on your date, including all three

reception / ceremony spaces (up to 300 guests standing),
bridal suite and Skyline Terrace located in the Estate
Mansion
• 5000 sqft High-Peak reception tent & 1600 sqft High-Peak
lounge tent
• 25 gardens & cascading vineyard overlooking the picturesque
city skyline
• 250 luxury white-padded ceremony chairs
• Reception tables & chairs (30 - 72” round tables, 20 - 8’
rectangular tables and 30 cocktail tables)
• Two 6-foot white plexi bars with bar backs
• Tent drapery & standard warm string lights
• Luxury outdoor tent flooring with an 800sqft dance floor
• Onsite luxury outdoor washrooms
• Security personnel stationed at the bridal suite and
reception tent
• Complimentary valet services
• 100-car parking lot

signature food-driven event experiences, our caterers are trusted hospitality
specialists and premier providers of all things edible. We want to give you
many luxury and affordable options with catering costs estimates ranging
from $80-$200. Our below partners are our preferred vendors at Caledon
Mountain and additional caterers can be explored at a small fee.

Event Rentals*
Standard tables & chairs are included in your venue fee, but if you are
interested in exploring more options & to service your dinnerware needs, we
exclusively work and have partnered with our rental company - Chairman-
Mills Event Rentals to provide on-site service for your rental needs. This
is our exclusive rental company required for all extra onsite rentals and
upgrades.

Planning and Coordination

At Caledon Mountain, we provide a beautiful venue and blank slate for you
to plan your dream wedding. If you are looking for us to be your guide in the
days leading up to your wedding, we offer full-service coordination through
our in-house wedding coordinator. For a small fee of $2500, we will handle
the day of coordination for your wedding, while providing you with the
support you need to ensure your wedding goes perfectly.
