Madame:

As we all know, Tandayag Elementary School is very conducive to learning because of the presence of
trees that provide not only cool shade but also clean fresh air. However, the branches of the trees have grown in
length and size to the extent that they already reach and start to destroy the roof of our school buildings. Aside from
this, dead branches that cover the pathways could fall anytime and hurt our stakeholders.

In this connection, may we request permission from your good office to conduct pruning activities
within the campus to remove all branches that affect the roof of the school buildings, and all the branches that pose a
great threat to the life and limbs of our stakeholders.
