Organisers hold the absolute right to the action as the situation

demands, hence event particulars are subject to change
All competitions are organised in virtual; mode and that
participants understand that internet bandwidth may impact
the quality of viewership to the audience and the performance
of the teams in the respective competitions.
For prerecorded/live performances – participants must adhere
to the time limit, non-conformity may lead to penalties.
The participants shall strictly adhere to the time limits of the
concerned competitions, any non-conformance may lead to
disqualification
Participants must show respect towards all the stakeholders in
the competition and the opinions of others in the exchange of
ideas and criticism.
Personal details provided during registration must be accurate
as these details will be used while communicating important
information.
Any form of obscenity, vulgarity, or misbehaviour shall lead
to disqualification.
Each college will be assigned a contingent name which shall
be used as their identification throughout their participation in
the NSE FinMahotsav. In no circumstance the college shall
reveal their name pre or during the event.

The contingents are required to check their device
compatibility and internet bandwidth.
Your device must be equipped with a microphone, speaker,
webcam & headset
Participants must join the meeting of an event at least 15
minutes prior to the listed timing
Participants are requested to ensure strong internet
connectivity to avoid technical difficulties
Organizers are not responsible for any technical issue on the
participant's end and thus have the right to make an ultimate
decision that shall be binding
Participants are requested to ensure the installation of the most
recent version of the required apps on their personal devices
Participants are advised to use a quiet area for minimal
background noise
The decision of the Judges and the Organisers will be ultimate
and binding
Participants are required to adhere to the rules and regulations
prescribed for the concerned competitions
Participant cameras should be switched on throughout the
event
PLEASE NOTE- All optional event submissions are direct
entries for Inter-Collegiate level competition. There will be no
Intra collegiate competition for optional events

Participants are required to have their cameras on throughout
the event
Participants should enter the meeting room with their FULL
NAME.
Ensure a stable network connection during the event
The Organising Committee will not be responsible for any
network issue at the participants' end
Participants should be on mute unless required otherwise
No spamming in the chat box
The decision of the committee will be final and binding
It is recommended that the participants do not leave the
meeting throughout the event so that they can clear doubts if
any before the event begins
The top three participants to complete all clues in the
minimum duration with maximum accuracy will emerge
victorious

2. METER YOUR INTELLIGENCE
(QUIZ)
The event will be held online,details pertaining to the same
shall be shared post registration
There will be no negative marking
There will be a set of 50 questions to be solved within the time
duration of 15 minutes.
Any sort of malpractice such as using browsers, switching tabs
if found will lead to disqualification
The top 10 winners with maximum scores in the minimum
time will qualify for the inter-collegiate round.

INTRA-COLLEGIATE: ROUND 1 GROUP DISCUSSION
Post registrations there will be a group discussion round which
will last for 20 minutes.
The team members will be required to send in one
representative from their team for the group discussion round.
Winners of the group discussion will qualify for the Round 2
of the Intra Collegiate Debate competition
Criteria deemed fit by the moderator will be taken into
consideration for qualification
Decision of the moderator will be final and binding
Topics for the Group Discussion round will be shared on the spot

6. MONEY REEL
Judging will be based on originality, creativity, and relevance
to the theme.
Languages allowed to use in the reels are English and Hindi
The time limit for the reel is 30 - 60 seconds. Any video
longer than 60 seconds
or shorter than 15 seconds will be disqualified.
The resolution of reel videos should be 1080 pixels X 1920
pixels. The caption provided by the participants should be less
than 140 characters. The caption should not include any
hashtags.
Participants may edit the reel videos to the best of their
creativity before submission. The content of the reel should
adhere to the theme provided.
The videos in no manner should contain any content which
showcases hatred towards any religion or community, gender,
caste, or politically oriented vibe in any form. Also, there
shouldn’t be the use of any abusive or explicit content in the
reel video or any other objectionable matter.

Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
If a Google Drive link is shared, please ensure you permit to
