PURPOSE:
The purpose of this procedure is to identify the responsibilities, requirements and guideline
for the standardized operation of the Gas Turbine Systems of 210 MW combined cycle power
plant operating under Rural Power Company Limited (RPCL). The operating instructions
within this procedure provides detailed step-by-step guidance to carry out the task of settings
checks, start up, operation, shut down and emergency procedures for these equipment and / or
system according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

SCOPE/APLICABILITY:
This procedure applies to all personnel engaged in the operation of the Mymensingh Power
Station. Power Plant employees and others engaged in the maintenance or repair of the Power
Plant must familiarize themselves with the contents of this procedure and follow the
instructions it provides.
