Greetings !!!
Subject :- In-Touch Program for proper channel of communication between school & parents
on all working days between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

We are happy to inform you about the successful commencement of Academic Year 2022-23.
We are again starting the “In-Touch” Program.

Through our In-Touch Program all parents are encouraged to:

• Develop close links with the school;
• Collaborate with the school in developing the full potential of their children;
• Share the responsibility of seeing that the school remains true to its ethos values and
distinctive character;
• Become actively involved in the home/ school partnership.
Responsibilities of parents:
• To see that their children attend school regularly and punctually;
• To supervise homework and ensure it is completed;
• To reinforce and support the maintenance of the School Rules and Code of Behavior.
We believe that it is important to work in partnership with parents and for this communication
between school and parents is very important which helps all students to elevate their
performance.
Through our In-Touch Program, we welcome communication with parents on all aspects of
student’s education, their personal, social and emotional development. This In-Touch program
leads to improved communication between parents, staffs and teachers and enhancing trust,
mutual respect and the students all-round education cycle.
You are requested to read the In-Touch circular carefully and save appropriate contact numbers
with you as attached with this circular for your reference.
