As part of our continuing effort to focus our attention on our core products and reduce costs, please be advised that 
effective immediately Emerson is discontinuing the following products: 
 
1. Daniel Senior® fittings in line sizes 14” and 18” 
Due to weak demand it is no longer economically feasible to produce Seniors in these line sizes.  For gas measurement 
needs in 14” or 18” pipe lines, please consider the Daniel ultrasonic meter or the Daniel orifice flange union as 
alternatives. 
 
2. Daniel Simplex® fittings in line sizes 6” and 8” 
Due to weak demand it is no longer economically feasible to produce this product.  The Daniel Senior fitting, orifice 
flange union or ultrasonic meter are alternatives in these line sizes.   
 
3. Daniel Senior fittings in ANSI class 150 and 300 in line sizes 2‐12” 
Demand has shifted predominantly to class 600 and above in these line sizes.    We will continue to sell and support 
class 150 and 300 in larger line sizes, 16” and above.  For smaller, class 150 and 300 pipe lines, the common practice is 
to use class 600 fittings in a meter tube fitted with the appropriate connecting flanges on its ends. 
 
We will continue to support the current version style these products with spare parts and service for the 
foreseeable future.
