From my prospective, this paper will continue to act as my strategic road map to achieving my
designated goals, nonetheless I will keep addressing and updating the action plan within its

but the objectives probably will need to be updated and / or modified. Corrective actions will be
taken within the monitoring and regular evaluation of the Action Plan. These actions will be taken
in timely manner to cope with our dynamic environment.

Finally, I have to stress on the fact that I considered this experience as an opportunity to discover
myself and put my future on a well-defined track that will lead to better results and achievements.

Strategy Evaluation Phase

Evaluation and conclusion

Evaluating the strategy helps improve it, distinguish between what works and what doesn’t, and
contribute to the ongoing development and adaptation of the strategy.

Strategy evaluation operates at two levels; strategic and operational. At the strategic level, the
focus is given to the consistency of the strategy with the external environemtn and conditions, and
at the operational level, assessing how well the strategy is moving on the defined action time line.

Performance indicators have to be set on the basis of quantitative or qualitative criteria in order to
make measuring performance easier.

▪ Quantitative criteria – on the basis of this criteria, performance can be evaluated in two
ways: Either by comparing how the defined objectives has been performed against the past
achievements.

▪ Qualitative criteria – in order to assess factors such as core competencies, capabilities,

workability, and flexibility

It is important to take the right action in timely manner as the whole point of monitoring the
Action Plan is to make all the necessary adjustments whenever needed on time.

Evaluating the effectiveness of a strategy entails assessing the internal and external forces that
affect strategy implementation. A basic technique for this assessment is GAP analysis:

Gap analysis

A gap analysis is performed to identify and measure the gap between my current state of
performance and the desired state. It can be utilized to evaluate various aspects of the plan staring
from acquiring the required studies till getting the needed vacancies.
