systems. Each structure comprises software elements, relations among them, and properties of both elements
and relations. The architecture of a software system is a metaphor, analogous to the architecture of a
building. It functions as a blueprint for the system and the developing project, laying out the tasks necessary
to be executed by the design teams.; Has successfully used the tool in situations of medium complexity.
Occasionally needs assistance from internal technical support in usage of the tool. May have successfully
completed in-depth training in core components of the skill. Able to install and upgrade the tool.
QA/QC L2
The knowledge of an integrated system to streamline processes even further and avoid duplication the ability
to audit individual systems. The system must conform to the requirements of the individual standards, in
order to maintain a high level of credibility and effectiveness. Competence of internal auditors is the most

the tool. May have successfully completed in-depth training in core components of the skill. Able to install
and upgrade the tool.
Value Engineering L2
Knowledge of Value Engineering, the organized methodology that identifies and selects the lowest lifecycle
cost options in design, materials and processes that achieves the desired level of performance, reliability and
customer satisfaction. Helps to eliminate unnecessary costs in the above areas and participates in a joint
effort with cross-functional internal teams and relevant suppliers.; Possesses sufficient fundamental
proficiency to successfully demonstrate the engineering skill in practical applications of moderate difficulty.
Generally works under the direction of others while accomplishing assignments. Has retained equivalent
