DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and executed by and between

RAMMY S. RAMOS of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy. euintin Salas,
Jaro, lloilo City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as VENDOR; and

SPOUSES HENRY L. VASIG and MA. ELIZABETH R. VASIG, both of legal age, Filipinos, and
a resident of JMI Village, Guzman St., Mandurriao, lloilo City, Philippines, hereinafter referred
to as VENDEE;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, theVENDOR is the true, registered and lawful owner of a parcel of land
situated in National Road, Barangay Quintin Salas, Jaro, lloilo City, Philippines, identified as Lot
8, Block 3 and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. (T-7541.9) 095-202200084i., and more
particula rly described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T.75419

"A PARCEL OF LAND {Lot 8, Block 3 of the consolidation-subdivision plan {LRC} PCS-
1.6176, being a portion of Lot 7L38, 2L39, 2L42, 2L43, and 240g, all of Jaro, Cadaster,
L.R.C Cad. Rec. No. 8, situated in the district of Jaro, City of lloilo, lsland of Panay.
Bounded on the NE., points2 to 3, by Lot 7 on the SE., Points 3 to 4, by Lot g, points 4 to
5, by Lot 10, all of Block 3 of the Consolidation-Subdivision Plan. Containing an area of
Two Hundred Seventy-Five {275} square meters, more or less.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of SIX MILLION TWO HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (Php.5,200,000.001 Philippine Currency, in hand paid and receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR from the VENDEE, by these presents do hereby
ABSOLUTELY SELL, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS, unto and in favor of the said VENDEE, the above -
described parcel of land, containing an area of Two Hundred Seventy-Five (275) SqUARE
METERS, more or less, to their heirs and assigns, free from all liens and encumbrances.

This is to further certify that the above-described parcel of land is not covered by the
Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law.

me known to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument and they
acknowledged to me that the same in their free act and deed. This instrument refers to a deed
of definite sale of a parcel of land and consists of two (2) pages including this page on which the
acknowledgment is written and is sign by the parties and their instrumental witnesses on the
first page and at the left-hand margin of the second page hereof.
