    LETTER OF INIVITATION FOR EXPLORATORY VISIT OF AFRICAN
    DIASPORA UNION, AFRUDU TO NIGERIA FROM 18TH (THURSDAY)
    AUGUST 2022 -25TH (THURSDAY) AUGUST 2022

    The office of the Special Royal Envoy & Chairman, African Diaspora Traditional Rulers’
    Council, His Royal Majesty, Alfred Diete-Spiff do hereby invite you for an exploratory
    visit to Nigeria as stated above, and during your visit to Nigeria, He will facilitate, lead
    your delegations on courtesy calls and meeting with the following Government
    functionaries and State Departments in Nigeria as follows:
    Tentative Program of Activity in three phases from 18th (Thursday) August 2022 –
    25th (Thursday) August 2022.

    Phase 1. Abuja. Federal Capital


    Day 1. Arrival on the 18th (Thursday) August 2022.
    Day 2. 19th (Friday) August 2022 (1) Visit to top echelon of Government and private
    sector. Time: 10am – 3pm
    1.The office of the Chief of Staff to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
    2.Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).
    3.The Honorable Minister of Foreign Affairs.
    4. Honorable Minister of Culture and Tourism.
    4. His Excellency, the Governor of Bayelsa State.
    5. Minister and Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Niger Delta.
    6. Minister for Finance.
    7. Minister in charge Federal Capital Territory.
    Day 3. 20th (Saturday) August 2022, Round table conference on Diaspora Integration and
    Investment. Time: 10am – 2pm chaired by Minister of Niger Delta.
    Phase 2. Yenagoa, Bayelsa State Capital
    Day 4. 21ST (Sunday) August 2022, Travel to Bayelsa to His Excellency, to have service
    in the Government House. Prayer for His Majesty King Alfred Diete Spiff.
    Time: 9am - 12pm.
    Day 5. 22nd (Monday) August 2022, Meeting with Sen. Douye Diri. The Governor of
    Bayelsa State, His Executive Council and The Traditional Rulers Council to see Projects
    Sites. Time: 10am - 3pm
    Phase 3. Port Harcourt, Rivers State Capital.
    Day 6. 23rd (Tuesday) August 2022, Visit to Government officials and King of Bonny.
    Time: 10am - 3pm
    Day 7. 24th (Wednesday) August 2022, Colloquium in Honour of King Alfred Diete
    Spiff’s 80th birthday at Presidential Hotel. Time: 11am - 3pm
    Dinner/Cultural dances/Orchestra evening/Award. Time: 6pm - 8pm
    Day 8. 25th (Thursday) August 2022. Departure.

    His Royal Majesty would be glad to receive your response timely, on the date you will
    like to arrive in Nigeria and the list of your delegates to enable the necessary logistics and
    preparation for your visit.
    It is my distinct pleasure to request that all the necessary Embassies should grant the
    invitees the needed visas to visit their mother land, Nigeria.

    project of reconnection and investment in your Ancestry.
