Founded by IIM-Ahmedabad, Yale SOM and Columbia alumni, Pocketful is a new-age Fintech
broking platform, aimed at making financial markets accessible for all. We’re constantly
innovating and working on a disruptive platform. The team is highly-skilled, young and extremely
hungry and we’re looking for folks who fit this persona. We’re backed by one of India’s leading
stock brokers – Pace Stock Broking Services.
Started in 1995 by first generation entrepreneurs from IIMA & FMS Delhi, PACE has evolved
from a fledgling NSE Broker to a premier boutique financial conglomerate over the last 25 years.
We provide a wide range of services in financial markets which cater to different investment needs
of our customers. Headquartered in New Delhi, we maintain offices at more than 300 locations in
more than 75 cities across India and our customer base is spread over 34 countries. We have also
been consistently nominated as one of the best Investment Advisors in India by ICRA & CNBC.
At PACE we are continuously innovating and building highly scalable backend systems and
strategies that give a seamless experience to our customers. We are aggressively pursuing Fintech
innovation now and working on an ambitious and potentially disruptive Fintech product –
‘Pocketful’. A one-of-a-kind stock-broking platform.
Projects:-
There is a lot of exciting stuff to be done. We are flexible about creating projects according to your
curriculum requirements. These are some tentative projects which we have in mind:-
- Creating & Executing a Pre-Launch Digital Marketing Strategy to get 50,000 verified
people on the product waitlist (Number of people: Atleast 2, max 6, duration – flexible)
o Pre-Requisites : Experience with SEO, Digital Marketing Tools, Performance
Marketing, Photoshop and Performance Marketing)
- Creating a customer journey map and using latest CRM tools to automate the process from
user-onboarding to customer support. (Number of people: Atleast 2, max 4, duration –
flexible)
o Pre-Requisites : Experience and Knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho, Hubspot
etc
- Strategize and execute the plan on how to get SEBI-Registered Investment Advisors
onboarded. (Number of people: Atleast 2, max 4, duration – flexible)
- Building ‘Pocketful’ brand from ground up and creating performance driven content
(Videos, Blogs, Posts, Infographics etc) to drive engagement across social media channels.
(Number of people: Atleast 2, max 6, duration – flexible)
- Build the overall launch, engagement and gamification strategy for ‘Pocketful Clans’.
Researching on Community Building, and reputation based community (Reditt and Stack
Overflow). (Max 2 people, Duration- Flexible)
- Doing a competitive analysis of top global stock brokers and creating a new-age trading
platform (Web-Version) from Scratch on Figma aimed at novice investors and traders.
(Number of people: Atleast 2, max 6, duration – flexible)
o Pre-Requisites : Beginner level knowledge of Financial Markets, Investing and
Trading.
o Figma
- Build out Pocketful’s Telegram and Whatsapp Technical and Fundamental tips channels
- Give daily Recommendations (Technical Analysis – Momentum Driven)
- Give Weekly Fundamental Recommendations (Equity Research and Create Reports –
Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis)
- Build Thematic Model Portfolios (Pocketful Pockets – similar to smallcases)
- Pre-Requisites: Knowledge of Technical/Fundamental Analysis, Experience working with
DCFs, Intermediate-Level knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
- Max intake: 8 People
