The undersigned requests your permission to conduct a Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session, Entitled
“Capacity Building to Teachers on Strategies: Talented, Gifted and Indigenous Learners” on July 4,
2022, from 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon. This LAC SESSION will help teachers to understand proper
behavior deeply always to the learning community. Likewise, it aims to help teachers have the
responsibility to push their learners to their full potential and to develop their personality.

Rationale Teachers should learn how to appropriately teach students from
different groups – gifted, learning disability and indigenous people to
help them better discharge their duties and be competent in the
practice of their profession

- Demonstrate understanding of the concept of having indigenous, gifted, and talented learners.
- Describe how the teachers needed to become creative in considering the different strategies in
teaching indigenous, gifted, and talented learners.
- Understand on how to deal behaviors and needs of indigenous, gifted, and talented learners.
