I. OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the lesson, students should be able to gain all of these objectives:
A. Knowledge:
1. General Knowledge:
Students (Ss) should be taught about the variety of fast foods and how to order it. Fast
food is extremely popular with youth because it’s tastes so delicious, but in the long run,
they are very harmful to our health, especially obesity. A diet high in fast food can be high
in fat, calories, sodium and low in vitamin. This contribute to increased chronic disease
risk. Therefore, if we crave, we can eat a little and then do exercise so as not to cause
obesity to affect our health.

2. Language Materials:
