Reprocess Goods Movements (COGI) in @SAP CLOUD With @KPC

With this app, you can reprocess goods movements that failed when posting confirmations. You can use this app if one of the following roles

is assigned to your user: Production Supervisor – Discrete Manufacturing, Production Supervisor – Process Manufacturing, Production

Supervisor – Repetitive Manufacturing, Production Operator – Discrete Manufacturing, Production Operator – Process Manufacturing,

or Production Operator – Repetitive Manufacturing.

The Reprocess Goods Movements (COGI) app is available in the search function embedded in the shell bar or in the app finder.

Key Features

You can use this app to:

▪ Enter selection criteria for selecting the goods movements you want to reprocess.

▪ Display details for the errors that have arisen.

▪ Make changes, for example, replace a storage location.

▪ Restart the execution of the goods movements.

Note

For repetitive manufacturing, you can only use this kind of postprocessing for individual postprocessing records. The system has to create a

separate postprocessing record for each backflushing error, since it must not lose track of the link between the backflush an d the

postprocessing record.

How to Reprocess Goods Movements

1. Enter your selection criteria.

2. Choose Execute.

3. Select the goods movement that you want to reprocess.

4. Choose Display Errors to display the errors that have arisen, in detail. To leave the message, choose Continue.

5. Select the required goods movements and make the necessary changes.

 You can, for example, replace a storage location by selecting Edit Replace Storage location. Or you could delete incorrect goods

movements.

Caution

When incorrect goods movements are deleted, the system does not carry out an automatic adjustment of reservations.

6. Choose Save to restart the execution of goods movements.

Note

When you are reprocessing the goods movements for the confirmation, you can go to the goods movements overview.

Choose Change Details to change the goods movements.
