Stacked Brandmark
The retail brandmark consists of PTPTN's
primary brandmark - stacked and linear. The
stacked option is the preferred option when
applying to signages or other retail assets.

In certain circumstances, when space allows,


the linear brandmark can be adopted - but
only for primary signages. All other signage
systems and applications will use the stacked Linear Brandmark

brandmark.

Based on Sample Floor Plan A, we can
identify how the reception desk serves
as the middle point that allows patrons to
understand where they need to go next.
The layout of Customer Waiting Lounge,
Marketing Facade, Forms Counter Top,
Digital Kiosk and Cash Payment Machine
are all within view of the reception desk and
ensures customers can go quickly from one
place to another.

4.1
Overview

This section explores the Retail Signage


System, which includes the primary
signages (and their minimum space ratios),
directional signages as well as interior
signages.

Given the significant variation in possible


signage dimensions between outlets, this
section demonstrates the use of a fixed
variable that allows the signage options
to be consistently applied across mutliple
dimensions and formats.

As per the outline in Section 1.3, signages


use the Lato typography instead of the
corporate Proxima Nova typography.

Primary Signage Variations - Stacked vs Linear

Stacked Brandmark Version


Both of the brandmark variations are
applicable for the primary signage.

The stacked version is the default option as


it represents the main brandmark.

Where space provides a better relative fit


(please see Section 4.3 for definitions), the
stacked brandmark is replaced with the Linear Brandmark Version

Primary Signage Variations - Flat vs 3D

Flat Brandmark for Non-State Branches (Cawangan)


There are two treatments to the primary
signages - Flat and 3D.

Flat signages impose the brandmark onto


a singular lightbox frame, whilst the 3D
treatment applies a dye cut mechanism to
the brandmark.

It is mandatory for State Branches (Pejabat 3D Brandmark for State Branches (Pejabat PTPTN Negeri)

lightbox with a full internal LED lighting
frame which lights up the entire
