Goals/ Vision: Researchers created this action plan to help students, children, parents, and normal folks to improve themselves and help students
to enhance and improve their academic performance in school and in the community. This plan intends to overcome the issue and issue of the
increasing number of low-socioeconomic families, so that the community extension program may deliver more information, ideas, plans, activities,
and projects to each family with children enrolling Bicol University. It can complete this plan's actions on schedule and with good outcomes and output.
