1) The borrower has to confirm with the hotel about the feasibility of loaning fitness equipment and fill

out an online form detailing their quarantine period and hotel info. The request will be relayed by
email to an assigned club depending on availability of bikes and location. The respective club will be in
contact to arrange the delivery with the info given, including confirmed room number, by the
borrower within 2 working days after full payment is settled. Delivery to the hotel room is not
guaranteed in cases where delivery service can only cover reception floor of the hotel.

2) PURE Fitness will not assume any responsibility for damage to property from transportation and the
borrower agrees to accept any damage costs that building management charges to PURE for your
transportation.
3) Loaned bike should be returned on or before the last day of quarantine.
4) Early return arrangements can be made within the quarantine period. No partial refund will be given
for early return.
5) Rental is $2500 HKD for 2 weeks OR $3000 HKD for 3 weeks. **** Over gym lockdown period all
rentals duration should be made up til the end of closure as mandated by government. **** The first
full payment is due before the delivery to the hotel, and for every subsequent fortnight that begins,
$250 HKD daily rate will be billed to the user unless the bike has been returned to the club.
6) The equipment is loaned in used condition and the borrower has inspected the bike and confirms that
it is in good working order and free from any defects within 24 hours after receiving the bike at the
quarantine hotel. Fair wear and tear is permissible upon return. The borrower agrees to pay for any
bike irreparably damaged or not returned at the following amounts: STAGES BIKE: $16,000 HKD. The
borrower accepts any repair costs advised by PURE for bikes returned damaged.
7) The borrow is NOT authorised to perform or commission any maintenance work on the bike, even
minor. Discontinue using the bike and contact PURE for any maintenance requirements or safety
concerns.
8) The bike must be used only for its intended purpose and only by competent adults. It should only be
cleaned with mild non-abrasive cleaning product. It is strictly for indoor use only at all times, and
must avoid humid storage conditions.

Access to PURECAST online cycling classes will be granted to non-PURE card holders.
10) PURE is not responsible for, and shall not be held liable, for any injury arising from the use and
possession of the equipment by the borrower or by any other user or person during the period of
rental.
