Responsibilities include:
• Serve as primary organizational contact during contract negotiations and provide advice and guidance to the
different teams relating to contract generation;
• Create, prepare, review and edit contracts and nondisclosure agreements, etc;
• Negotiate terms and conditions for contracts with suppliers and contractors;
• Manage commercial aspect of contracts through their life cycle i.e. variations, payment certificates etc
• Develop standards and best practices for contracting and purchasing;
• Manage the procurement and reconciliation of project equipment and supplies, by issuing and closing
purchase requisitions and orders;
• Assist in close out or renewal of contracts;
• Assist and communicate with senior leadership in decision-making relating to contracting and purchasing;
• Support preparation of budgets, financial models, action and project plans;
• Manage and coordinate relationships with suppliers both internally and externally;
• Take on other tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure the overall company success;
