ACTIVITY DESIGN
I. Name of Activity : SPORTS CLINIC: A preparation for Post-Covid Physical Fitness and
Wellness Program

Beneficiaries : ANHS SPS STUDENTS & MAPEH TEACHERS
Venue : Alabel National High School, Sarangani Sports Training Center
Capitol Compound, Alabel, Sarangani Province

II. RATIONALE
The promotion of sports, among other fields of endeavor in the nation building, play vital
role in developing a sound and responsible citizen, such an undertaking provides favorable
conditions in enhancing unity. Friendship and cooperation and thus promotes goodwill among
our people.
Such sports activities develop positive traits such as discipline, determination, efficiency,
patience, hardworking and team building .it teaches our people a deep sense of responsibility
and tenacity in facing life’s challenges and prefers with proper perspective of human relations
and organizations.
It also encourage that all participants to this “Sports Activity” give their best during
their competition, for in doing so, they lay the ground work for excellence in our community
III. OBJECTIVES
GENERAL
To create greater awareness of the vital importance of sports human life and provide
the citizenry better opportunities for the sports participation to reduce or reproduce able bodied
citizens possessing talents, skills and positive attitudes w/c will ensure lifelong gainful physical
endeavors.
SPECIFIC
1. To mold century towards the development of their minds, heart, hand and body.
2. To strengthen discipline, perseverance, team work and challenge for the citizens to
excel.
IV. BENEFICIARIES
SPS Students and ANHS athletes
Hereunder are the steps to be undertaken for the conduct of the activity, to wit:
1. Preparation of the Activity Design to be submitted to the Principal for the allocation of
budget/
2. Conference with the speakers/committee of the program
3. Information dissemination to the Teachers/Coaches/Advisers
4. Conduct of the activity
