MY IDEA :

The jury assignment was done on

paper(handmade) in circular paper cuts all joined
together in the middle .
The idea was to create a different way of
presentation in a radial model -type structure
fixed together on a board.
Further, the photographs of each individual sheet
were put in the ppt and highlighted in the
presentation.

THE ANALYSIS
 EVENT:
Zendaya wore this dress in 2018
MET GALA EVENT. The theme
was:
"Heavenly bodies: Fashion a catholic
inauthority". This inspired the singer
and actress to don the armor of one of
Catholicism's most famed icons: Saint
Joan of Arc.
ACCESSORIES:
Zendaya accessorized with
platform heels and Tiffany & Co.
jewelry.
HAIR:
Zendaya also adopted a cropped wig in
the style of The Maid of Orléans'
famous bob.
Zendaya was able to pull off one of the
hardest and most underrated looks of
all time; a red, wavy bob with front
bangs.
DRESS:
Despite the intricacy of this Versace number,
it's a slightly more minimalistic look
Her custom metallic Versace gown features
an armored neck-and-shoulder piece,
sparkling chainmail, a spiked belt, and a
modest train.
The battle-ready outfit wasn’t all chains and
metal, though, but covered in glimmering
sequins that added an unexpected element to
the more severe ensemble.
Versace outfit here included a structured
neck plate and shoulder guards—they
recalled a traditional knight’s uniform—and
wide belt piece, which were covered in
sequins and tiny micro studs.
To soften the overall look, a semi-
transparent gown was worn underneath,
which was floor-length and full-sleeved.
INSPIRATION:
Zendaya’s longtime stylist Law Roach says the
inspiration for the dress, made to resemble
armor, first came to him in a dream.
“When I knew the theme and Versace, we
started the conversation, there were a lot of
sketches from Versace and I started thinking
about strong women who had a connection to
religion,” he said via phone the morning of the
Met Gala.
“I dreamt of Joan of Arc one night and called
Versace and was like, ‘What if we did something
to reference Joan of Arc?’ They came back with
really, really great sketches.”

on her Dune press tour this past
weekend.

Her purple galactic eye makeup tied
the whole look together. With a blend
of shades of purple and pink as her

Fashion creations, as any creation all, begin with a sketch of the technicals elements of the
design construction. Considering that this particular dress was animatronic, it would
require certain elements of construction before the clothing element was added.
