Expected Output
It is expected that the proposed system will provide effective staff management services to
universities and other educational institutes. This system can provide effective security
services for data protection. The system is capable to provide 24*7 hrs services to all the
users of the system [5]. The users of the system can update their information and the
administrator of the system can enter the details of staff. The system can be modified in the
future according to changes in the requirements of organizations. The administrator of the
system can add new staff to the system and can update the information of employees [6].

Conclusion
The system of staff management is effectively proposed in the report with a detailed design.
The activities and processes of the system and its development are effectively completed in
this project. The project of the staff management system is a very important system
designed to ensure track of information of the employees in educational institutes. This
system is capable enough to enhance the management services of the organizations. The
core language behind the development of this system is Java and this programming
language is very effective for the development of android applications. This system will
enhance the services of several educational organizations.
