I. TITLE:

WELLNESS AND DEVELOPMENT CAMP

II. RATIONALE/BACKGROUND:

A powerful life begins with incorporating mindfulness and meditation. Employees,


the most valuable assets to any organization, tend to be happier and more productive if they
are healthy. Thus, this wellness camp.

Wellness Camp is about aligning body, mind and spirit with a balanced flow of
energy. The result is a life of greater well-being deeper satisfaction and the ability to
maximize human performance in all areas. This camp is for Bendolan Elementary School
Personnel at any level of health and well-being who desires to deepen their commitment to
their own personal journey toward having a life they truly love.

Wellness Camp reduces stress, increase productivity, fosters brain health, strengthens
relationships, boosts fitness and promotes over-all well-being.

III. DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY:

The 2 - day Wellness Camp for Bendolan School Personnel scheduled on July 21 –
22, 2022 aims to provide realistic experiences the empower individuals to contribute to
common goals, help employees better understand each other’s strengths, weaknesses, and
interests, increase job satisfaction, efficiency and productivity, and strengthen sense of
camaraderie among co-employees. The participants to this activity are the Bendolan
Elementary School Personnel.

The activities to be undertaken are: Orientation on Gender Equality, Sexuality,


Reproductive Health Education; Orientation on Human Rights, and Peace Education and
Child Protection Policy and Anti – Bullying Act; Gender Role and Needs.

IV. OBJECTIVES:

The two-day Wellness camp aims to:


1. provide realistic experiences the empower individuals to contribute to

common goals,
2. help employees better understand each other’s strengths, weaknesses,
and interests,
3. increase job satisfaction, efficiency and productivity,
4. strengthen sense of teamwork, camaraderie among co-employees.

V. STRATEGIES:

This Wellness and Development Camp is an interactive lectures and discussion on the
different topics.

VII. IMPLEMENTATION MECHANICS:

The implementation of the Wellness and Development Camp shall comply with the
required health standards, which include following social distancing measures and practicing
proper hygiene consistent with the IATF on Emerging Infectious Diseases health protocols
and DOH health standards.
