Resolution No. 1 s.2022

A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE LOKEB NORTE NHS FACULTY CLUB,

THE PARENTS AND TEACHERS ASSOCIATION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE
NOEL ANTHONY M. GESLANI, MAYOR, MUNICIPALITY OF MALASIQUI TO
ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE PROVISION OF INSIDE AND OUTSIDE CEILING OF
TWO GRADE 8 CLASSROOMS WITHOUT CEILINGS.

WHEREAS, the Lokeb Norte NHS has a total population of more than 400
students coming from its catchments areas: Lokeb Norte, Lokeb Este, Potiocan,
Bolaoit and Barang respectively.

WHEREAS, the Lokeb Norte NHS faculty Club, and the Parent Teachers Association
play a vital role as partners in finding ways to provide conducive learning
environment for the learners and in the development of the school in general.

WHEREAS, one of the identified major concerns is the absence/no ceiling of the
two(2) Grade 8 classrooms wherein the learners and teachers staying in these rooms
during their classes are irritable and cannot concentrate well or focus on their
lessons due to so much heat/warmth even with the presence of ceiling fans and
stand fans. The provision of ceilings inside and outside of the aforementioned
classrooms will turn them conducive to the teaching and learning process.

WHEREAS, the school’s MOOE budget has no capability to finance the said repair.

NOW WHEREFORE, in consideration of the aforementioned premise, be it:

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the school’s Faculty club and the Parents
and Teachers Association fervently appeal to the Hon. Noel Anthony M. Geslani,
Municipal Mayor, Malasiqui, Pangasinan to extent assistance through the use of
the Special Educational Fund (SEF) to subsidize the provision/construction of the
ceiling of the two (2) Grade 8 classrooms of Lokeb Norte National High School.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copy of this resolution be furnished the Hon. NOEL
ANTHONY M. GESLANI for his favorable action and kind consideration.
