 What we do
Youngwoo Ind. has specialized in the development of safety simulation technologies for effective accident
prevention. The main difference to conventional classroom theory training or virtual reality animation is that the
workers experience the possible hazards by themselves.
You don't want to watch a PowerPoint slide or a video of a roller coaster ride, but rather sit in the car and experience
the ride yourself. This is what you will remember for a long time. We apply this principle in our training modules.

According to Edgar Dale we have a passive and active perception. On average we retain about 10% of a written text,
about 20% of what we record acoustically, about 30% of what we see, about 50% of what we see and hear in
combination, about 70% of what we tell ourselves and 90% of what we tell and really do. So the question arises why
a considerable part of the security training from reading from mostly overloaded PowerPoint slides still takes place in
a "boring" training room.
