Re-Envision Metropolis
at Metrotown
The highly anticipated redevelopment of Metropolis at Metrotown incorporates
excitement, inclusivity, and sustainability. It will include 1.7 million sq. ft. of new spaces
to support its status as an urban activity, commerce, civic, and educational centre. Two
acres of proposed green space and three acres of plaza — including a large civic plaza
adjacent Metrotown Station —will foster social engagement. Concord Metrotown will be
the genesis of the mega transformation in downtown Burnaby.
