1. Face Mask Blank Making Machine

The machine is an automatic machine for producing the main part of the face mask, there
is no need labor force because the machine can handle the whole process including
feeding, aluminum strip inserting cutting, Folding, ultrasonic fusing, slices.

a) This machine can make the 1~4 levels mask blank according for the customer requirement
for a high output.

b) You can adjust the size of the mask blank and the folding location.

c) The computer program control and photoelectric detection make it have a high
reliability and low failure rate.

2. Distributor
Distributor work with conveyor differential speed control device, driving lever put the mask blanks on the
conveyor belt one by one

3. Two Mask Outside Earloop Welding Machine

This machine is use for welding elastics on the both edges of mask blank by ultrasonic, the whole proceed is
finished by the automatic. It has a higher output than other earloop machine.

a) Before the producing, the size of the mask blank must be sure to be fixed.
b) The computer program control and photoelectric detection make it have a high reliability and low failure
rate.

Machine specification and configuration：

Mask making machine function: One unwinding double line full automatic mask production line adopts
advanced design, only need to put the raw material on the feeding rack, after the completion of the modulating,
the machine can realize automatic production. It only need one person to operate and fully realize the whole
process of automatic production. The equipment also adopts ultrasonic welding, which is beautiful, sanitary,
environmental friendly.
The output is 100-120 pcs/min. The length of nose bridge bar can be adjusted. The product size error is ±1mm.
According to the needs, replacing parts of the molds can achieve a variety of specifications of mask pieces. This
machine can produce all kinds of non-woven masks, smooth cloth masks, gauze masks, activated carbon masks,
double-nasal line masks. Support 1-5 layers of non-woven mask sheet production.

Equipment function introduction:

Ultrasonic welding is used to fuse the elastic belt into the inner side of both ends of the mask body,
which is the last processing procedure of the inner ear-loop mask production. Only one operator is
required to place the pieces of mask body in the mask plate, and the subsequent actions to the
completion of the finished product are automatically completed by the equipment. The machine is
driven by servo drive and step drive, with precise transmission and adjustable speed.
