1. This offer is valid until Friday, March 11th 2022 and until the time is not confirm, the
hotel has the right to release the booking.
2. Should the actual attendance be higher than the guaranteed number of guests, the
additional number of guests will be charged
3. Any additional charges that incurred during the event can be settled once event is
completed
4. All deposits made are non-refundable and/or cannot be transferred for other functions.
OTHER POLICIES

1. All Guest must be in proper attire. Seasonal Taste reserves the right to refuse
admision to the guest who are not properly attired.
2. Client agrees to not bring any decorations without written approval from the hotel.
Table top flowers will be allowed.
3. Video Projection, amplified speeches or use of speakers or any other
sound system are not allowed to be used in Seasonal Taste Restaurant.
4. All kinds of banners, signs, displays and posters are not allowed in any
restaurant area
5. Professional camera is allow without flashlight and with prior approval
6. Guest should inform 48 hours prior to restaurant about professional photo shoots, and
be briefed accordingly about this regulation
7. Photo-taking by guest should not be disturbing other guests’ convenience and privacy and
not within areas with high traffic ie stairways, hotel room corridors, Lobby Lounge, Front
Desk, Swimming Pool, Westin Club & Heavenly Spa
8. Guest and Photographer should maintain good behavior during the photo shoot, no
screaming, no laying or sitting on the floor, no climbing on sofas, barefoot, pushing other
guests away and any other action that may cause other guest being disturbed or annoyed.
9. If guest causing damage any hotel fixtures or art pieces, will be charged according to the
price of items.
10. Using photographs and videos taken in hotel premises for commercial use is illegal unless
prior written approval from Marcomm Department is obtained. Those who fail to do so
should delete the photos.
11. No photo booth allowed.
12. Restaurant is only for dining venue, no wedding, no engagement / no sangjit
or other private event are allowed.
13. No wedding attire inside restaurant and angpao box in restaurant area.
