company, is it a disadvantage or advantage? Why do you think so?
1. Based on my experience, I experienced the defect
of my mobile phone because I couldn't use it well after Oppo announced the launch of Android 12. My phone runs slowly and when I use my camera, my phone suddenly then turns off by itself afterward. Customer service can provide well about information but when it comes to the physical stores, it costs me more time of waiting due to their slow service. 2. For me, it is an advantage. Because people are often looking for the best product or service that they want. If one's company has the best level of quality achievement, people can easily recognize the product, they will rely upon the service of the company and expect the best satisfaction through their service.
