I am student of postgraduate Nursing Programme at Owaisi College of Nursing, as a


partial requirement of the course. I am conducting research study about knowledge regarding
harmful effects of junk food on health among adolescents, with a view to prepare, implement
and evaluate a structured teaching programme virtually by using Zoom Application.

As a part of the study, I would like to ask you a few questions on knowledge regarding
harmful effects of junk food on health. Therefore I kindly request you to give frank
