CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT

Project: Floral Arrangements

Scope: Execution

I. EVENT STYLING DETAILS:

II. CEREMONY DÉCOR

- Aisle arrangements of Mixture of plants and flowers - Garden like and organic Motif
blooms to be placed along the aisle floor.
- Motif arrangements at the start, middle and end of the aisle continuously with wooden
stands between that serves as an embellishment and 6 pcs aisle basket as accents.
- Use of backdrop with accented motif and dangling greenery leaves for bride’s entrance
- Wooden couple seat provided by the clients.
- Petals for recessional
- Aisle flowers to be transferred to the lounge are as embellishments at the sides.
- Altar arrangements according to theme’s motif.
- 2 flowers for offer
- Bridal Car flowers
- Acrylic Signage styling with tripod (acrylic Signage provided by the couple)

III. ENTOURAGE

- Bride’s bouquet of asymmetrical Hues of pink, lime green, yellow, orange, white (NO
RED)
with fine support fillers for embellish. Eucalyptus leaves for support fillers dangling the
bouquet. Lace keeping the bouquet intact with brooch.
- 1 Maid of honor bouquet of round embellish of imported blooms of gypsophila .
- 1 Mothers bouquet of round embellish of imported blooms of gypsophila.
- 1 Bridesmaid bouquet of round embellish of imported blooms of gypsophila.
- 1 Groom’s boutonniere of blooms motif.
- 1 Boutonniere for best man
- 1 Boutonniere for brides’ man
- 2 Boutonnieres for groomsmen
- 2 Boutonnieres for fathers
- 1 Boutonniere for bride’s brother

IV. RECEPTION

- TWO Stage backdrop with LED WALL at the middle with themes motif of full
embellishment coinciding, Hues of pink, lime green, yellow, orange, white to be
provided by the client. (Flowers from chandelier)
- Support arrangements to the side of the arc on glass vases and stands
- Couple’s couch/ love seat.
- table styling with, Mix of greens, pinks, oranges in vases with enclosed candles, crystal
vases, greens, motif accents, crystal beads and accents with porcelain. (Note: no tall
arrangements) with Hues of lime green, yellow, orange and white in addition of dried
anahaw as an earth tone accent that compliments the designs.
- 15 Classic Farm Tables (rectangular in shape) of Guest running table centerpieces
support arrangements and enclosed candles on all tables with big candles, tea lights ,
different shapes of glasses with an earth tone table runner.
- Requested blooms of BIRDS OF PARADISE as main accent on tables.
- Tablescape with accents of ORANGE fruits sliced in bits . Orange fruit and Lemon fruit
provided by the client.
- Sign Board provided by the client.

V. LOUNGE AREA
- Styled accordingly with the pegs with tropical Vibe with Giant Paradise. Some
Accents come from the aisles of the church.

Note: Blooms will be depending on the availability. This will be styled according to the actual set-up ,
may not be directly the same as the peg. Styling will be in accordance to the theme.

BLOOMS INCORPORATED WITH THE DESIGNS AS SUGGESTED DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY: Light Pink
and light green Carnations, Hydrangeas, Birds of Paradise (yellow), Ginger, Alstromeria yellow, light pink
and orange, Light pink rice flowers, pink torch, dried bunny tale light pink In color.

VI. Rates and fees for services

VI.1The Client agrees to pay a total fee of Php 75,000.00

VI.2The Client agrees to pay an initial non-refundable deposit of P 20,000.00 deductible to


the total amount. This payment is due and payable at the time when the
contract is signed.

VI.3 The final payment is due TWO WEEKS before the event date.

VI.4 Payments can be made via cash delivery or wire transfer.

VI.5 By paying the deposit, the Client confirms their booking for goods and services as stated
in the styling inclusion and agrees to the terms and conditions listed herein.

VI.6 In event of cancellation, the amount paid is not refundable. Should the goods or
services rendered exceed the value of the amount paid, the Stylist reserves the
right to charge the Client for those goods and services.

VII. Entire Agreement

VII.1 This Agreement represents all the conditions and terms of reference that will govern the
relationship of the Parties. Any Term of this Agreement may be amended in writing
signed by the parties through their authorized representatives. In case there are
other services not otherwise mentioned or covered by this agreement, the same shall
be considered a separate agreement unless the parties hereto expressly agreed in
writing that the new services shall form part of this Agreement.

VII.2 All items, unless otherwise stipulated, are used by the Client on a rent-only basis and
remain the property of Chandelier Events and her suppliers.

VII.3 In event that any rentable item is missing or damaged, the Client agrees to pay the cost
of replacement. Linens that have burns, wax, holes, tears, permanent stain or
become otherwise unusable will be billed to the client at replacement cost.

VII.4 On the day of the event, the Client agrees to provide meals or meal allowance of at least
P150/pax for ___ pax. For out-of-town events, the client agrees to cover the same for
ingress and egress.

VII.5 The stylist will endeavor to source flowers as specified. However, due to the fragile and
seasonal nature of flowers, the Stylist cannot guarantee supply. Where specified
floral cannot be attained, the Stylist will select an alternative in keeping with the
overall design.

VII.6 The Stylist strongly discourages transferring of decors from one venue to another.
Should the client choose the same, the Stylist shall not be liable for any delay or
damages caused by the transfer.

VII.7 By engaging the services of Chandelier Events, the client trusts her overall artistic vision
and allows her to do last minute changes to the design, layout, lighting and/ or
remove any items or materials should be it necessary.

VII.8 The Stylist is not responsible for any event preventing the event to happen whether
partially or entirely, such as but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, medical
emergencies or any other natural or human acts.

VII.9 The Client grants the Stylist to use any image of its work for editorial, competition,
advertising and any other purpose and in any manner to copyright the images.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this ______________ in the City of
